LA10 Comes Out On Top Again Against Sporting San Fernando 3-nil at Chaminade Stadium on Saturday Night

Playing to a large gathering of fans, LA10’s Joab Santoyo delivers a brace and Andrew Hernandez finishes off the win finding the back of the net late in the second half. Santoyo’s return to top form was immediate coming off a stellar senior year on the pitch for UCLA and the prospect to turn pro soon. Hernandez bagged his goal with a killer strike, impossible to defend, in front of goal. LA10’s performance at all positions was outstanding. Several recently acquired players had the opportunity to step in for some key minutes during the second half. This win sends LA10 to the 2nd spot in the UPSL Western No Cal pro division table.

After the match Coaches Hristov and Bartlett chimed in with this, “This team is finding ways to finish off opponents, to close the door and never let down their guard. We see exceptional momentum and ball movement from the back and this midfield is starting to deliver outstanding opportunities for our wingers and forwards to find the goal. We’ll work hard this week in practice to further improve several key parts of our game and come out ready and prepared next Saturday.”

Be sure to come out to our home game this Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 5:30 PM at Fairfax High School!
